Wheatgrass Juice: Is It Magic

Wheatgrass is about 70% chlorophyll. All green plants are filled with chlorophyll and it is the basis of all plant life. The structure of it is close to hemoglobin and its molecular structure is almost identical. Magnesium is at the core of chlorophyll and iron at the core of hemoglobin.

Chlorophyll is the basis of all plant life.  Its structure is similar to hemoglobin and the molecular structure is virtually the same.  Iron is at the core of hemoglobin and magnesium is the center of chlorophyll.

Wheatgrass juice is not magic and will not heal your body just because you have an ailment. In fact I don’t know of any substance, pill or person who has the ability to heal. Our bodies were designed by God heal on its own. How well that happens depends, in very large part, on how well you take care of your body every day. That begins with diet, exercise, vitamins if needed, and rest.  It also depends on the foods you eat and drink, which includes wheatgrass juice.

Whole Wheat

There are several major health benefits when you have a steady diet of whole wheat and other whole grains products.
